Mindful May 21/31 Challenge
This month, join our community as we come together in mindfulness. Complete 21 classes in 31 days, and take 15 minutes before or after class to center yourself for the rest of the day. At the end, we’ll have a celebration of all we’ve accomplished together. Complete the challenge and you’ll receive a custom Yoga Pod tank top to remind you of your intention, on and off the mat!
How to Participate:
1) Sign up using the form below.
2) Grab a punch card at the front desk to track your progress.
3) Take 21 classes in May. Show up 15 minutes early to class, or stay 15 minutes after to set your intention for the rest of the day.
4) Share a photo on social media for a chance to win a raffle prize! Tag #2131Challenge and #Mindfulness.
