Poses for Paws: Yoga to the Rescue
with Seva Trainees
The students of the Seva Teacher Training Program at Yoga Pod College Station present: Poses for Paws: Yoga to the Rescue.
We are excited to partner with Long Way Home, a local non profit animal rescue for a donation based yoga class taught by the teacher trainees to bring awareness to shelter animals and for the chance to play with (and perhaps adopt!) precious pups after class.
Donations can mean anything from cash, checks, toys, kennels, and other pet supplies such as pee pads, leashes, etc. Check out www.mylongwayhome.org for more details on how to help. We would love to see you there to connect your mind, body, soul and spirit, support a worthwhile cause, and play with some furry souls in need. Who knows, maybe you’ll get lucky and a loving pet will adopt you (who really adopts who, anyway?)! Take this opportunity as a chance to give back to the Bryan/College Station community. Pawmaste!

Inviting, Comfortable, Friendly, Empowering
I am in love with this studio, the staff & instructors. A regular yoga pactice is very new to me… and therefore very uncomfortable at times; yet I feel so comfortable when I walk through the yoga pod doors. I enjoy knowing I will be surrounded by all ages, shapes, sizes, walks of life and NO judgment. The variety of classes keep it interesting, challenging & fun, each in their own way. The best part about coming here regularly, for me, is that I leave feeling stronger each time – physically, mentally & spiritually.
… All this and I am only 1/2 way through my third week as a member. <3
